Well, I do not know enough at this point to know what is best, so
someone that has researched the issue can probably advise us.

Well, our process is likely painful, its big-company process: entering
POs, approvals, getting a purchaser, I have no idea how this is going to
work.    You will be done before we get all the starts aligned to do
it ;-)
