No, please, that patch is not valid, don't consider it to be so. I'm 
sorry but the bugzilla at ximian.com hasn't got the feature of marking 
patches as obsolete.

I haven't asked. I'm just saying that I'm not going to ask them because 
of my opinion. Do yourself if you want. But I guess this is not the only 
bug that's preventing NH to lose the Mono "market" ;)
