[Mono-dev] Will Mono/WinForms be the next HTHML/CSS mess?

Hi,

Will it be possible to write cross-platform application using
Mono+WinForms and have the application look and feel *exactly* the same
on both Linux and Windows?

Or will it be more like the current situation for HTML/CSS where you
have to switch back and forth in order to make sure that both platforms
display perfection in terms of "fit and finish" ?
