Looks good, except that App_Code, App_Browser, App_GlobalResources should not
be filtered on *.cs. App_Code can contain any files for which there is a
compiler (others are ignored), you should watch just for the changes to the
directory itself. App_Browser will contain *.browser files, App_GlobalResources
can contain .resx and .resources files - as with App_Code, you want to watch
just for the folder changes there.
