[Mono-dev] [PATCH] System.ArraySegment.cs

Hi,

The attached patch implements the ArraySegment.Equals(ArraySegment<T>
obj), ArraySegment.Equals(object obj), operator ==, operator != and
GetHashCode() functionality that was missing in ArraySegment.
