[Mono-dev] Build/package 2.0 version of AssemblyLinker (al) ?

Hi,

Could someone look into (or explain how to go about) building & packaging of
Mono's AssemblyLinker (AL) for the 2.0 profile ?

Currently it's only available in a 1.0 profile version, so we cannot emit or
reference (for the /template option) 2.0 assemblies.

Apart from building it and adding to $prefix/lib/mono/2.0, I assume we also
need a al2 script.
