[Mono-dev] Patch to add the support of TDS 8 to SqlClient

Hi all!

The TDS 8 protocol of SQL Server 2000/2005 is implemented in the attached 
patches. The following features are added:

1) Encryption of the network traffic
2) Data table column collation
3) TDS packet logger

Could somebody review these patches? I tested it for MS SQL Server 7.0., 
2000 and 2005. Very small changes are made for the TDS 4.2/5.0 so it's 
necessary to check Mono.Data.SybaseClient. Unfortunately I haven't Sybase 
server so an assistance is required.
