[Mono-dev] Problem building rpm for mono-basic

Hi,

I'm trying to build an rpm for mono-basic for inclusion into Fedora
Extras. During the build though, I get the following problem

I can build it outside of the rpmbuild environment. I've based the rpm
spec part on the Novell one and part on a standard FE one.
