[Mono-dev] Mono Problem

I've just downloaded the latest stable windows installer (mono-1.2.3.1-gtksharp-2.8.3-win32-0.exe) and I've been looking at the instructions to make it work with Apache, but with no success. The lines that are suggested to write in Apache's httpd.conf file seem to not work, mainly because those files don't exist in any of folders that the installer made.
 
My question is if you can suggest to me what I'm supposed to do to make modo_mon work with Apache server 2.2.4. If you can list the lines I'm supposed to include in the httpd.conf file.
