[Mono-dev] [PATCH] [ASP.NET] TemplateControlCompiler unit conversion fix

Hello,

  The attached diff changes TemplateControlCompiler to use invariant converter
for the parsed properties. This makes it work properly while parsing
culture-invariant input on a culture-sensitive page (e.g. font sizes). Please
