[Mono-dev] monoaddin VS2005

Hi!

 

The reason is the german (non “en-US” VS2005 installation. So you have to
use instead of “Tools”  the String “Extras” (german word in the IDE for
“Tools”) in the member connect.cs of

 Monoaddin for the string “toolsMenuName”.  Recompile and copy the
monoaddin.dll. should also work with other languages 
 .

Hi!

 

I installed the mono-1.2.2.1-gtksharp-2.8.3-win32-0.exe and
gtksharp-2.8.3-win32-0.0.exe in winXP Home and tried to use

The VS 2005 addin for mono. But the mono addin install from VS2005 (german
prof. edition) crashes with 

 

"The Add-in monoaddin  failed to load or caused an exception 
... 
Error Message: <Wrong Parameter> 
Error Number: 80070057

this problem was on all two workstations with and without VS2005 SP1. the
VS2003-addin is with mono fully functionally.
