* Debug the server exception and track the reason of the current ARM issue
of #323747.

While finishing the exception handling test suite I realized how complex the
checks
that the ecma spec requires for the ordering and ranges of exception blocks.
I have built
enough tests and code to verify the basics, but note the whole thing P1
12.4.2 requires.

On the branching opcodes, the only missing part if to verify switch
targeting middle of instructions.

Objectives

* Monday, I'll work part-time and compensate on saturday.

* Tuesday is holiday here.

* Work on the last 3 branch opcodes. This mean finishing the last bit of
switch.

* Finish the exception handling tests of the verifier. Implement P1
12.4.2of the ecma standard.

* Debug the server exception and track the reason of the current ARM issue
of #323747.
This will be left to next week.

* Start working on delegate verification (not done)
This will be left to next week.


Bonus

Implemented detection of branches and exception blocks that happens in the
middle
of instructions.
