[Mono-dev] new features added

New namespace System.MobAdminLx is included in the
source code of mono project. It provides useful
features which are not currenly available in mono
project. 

It includes class for system administration, class for
database operations and for client server
communication.

Using these classes users can easily adminstrate the
system and operate on database.
