This plugin has existed for quite some time now.

There's no plan to support ClickOnce at the moment. Most(*) scenarios
requires CAS to be completed before ClickOnce can be useful.

(*) ClickOnce could still be useful with a FullTrust (what mono provides
now) and NoTrust (no execution) policy. This could be useful for
deployment inside a single organization. Contribution toward this are
welcome :-)
