Hi Miquel

One of the reasons I personally do not always file a bug report is that I am 
very often very much in doubt wheter an issue is a bug or not. Getting a 
preliminary response on an issue to wheter it possibly could be a bug, is of 
very great value to me. If an issue is a bug, obviously I do not mind filing 
it.
