[Mono-dev] Unloading domain assert

Hi,

Miguel suggested we change our domain loading and unloading to be  
completely in managed code.
I did that and this fixed the domain unloading issue we had on ppc:

Now I have another issue which happens on both intel and ppc machines.
The sample uses no internal mono functions and creates the domain  
entirely from managed code.
It does  switch domains from unmanaged code.
