[Mono-dev] NUnit under Mono

This is slightly premature, since I have a few files not yet checked in due
to a connection problem. It will be the head, when I get it in and 2.4.3
shortly thereafter. I'll post when it's up.

I started trying to do this for each release, but the info is constantly
changing so I decided to just maintain one set of tests for the head alone.
