[Mono-dev] Maybe a System.Data.OracleClient.dll bug

I will argue that if OracleParametr a better solution because I dislike the Parameter personally :)  By the way, this is not only bug in the Parameter. 
The reality is that is not a bad workaround if you don't have the time(like me). The other options are to wait the bug fixed or you go to fixed the bug. Mono has a lot things to implement, I think.
