[Mono-dev] gendarme patch (feature): console runner gets xml output

Hello Christian,

Sorry it took me a while but, at last, the XML feature is now in SVN.

As I said in another email, I already had some XML stuff locally but
much preferred yours (your XSL is pretty cool :-). However the merging
didn't quite like the other stuff I already had (and wanted to keep ;-)
in the runner so I ended up doing some changes (and fixed the source
files to follow Mono style).

I look forward to your next contributions :-)
