[Mono-dev] COM Interop Bug Fix Patch

Attached is a patch to fix a few issues. It fixes a case where the interface
wasn't found for a given method, fixes NULL case BSTR/MonoString conversion,
and uses cdecl on platforms other than windows. This is allows for
interaction with MainWin built COM components on other platforms, and is the
beginning of support for XPCOM.
