[Mono-dev] coda to the coda for bug in xsd.exe

All,

i don't know if the fix Lluis made it into the intel binaries for the latest
version of mono for mac, but xsd.exe still falls over ungracefully, on the
non-recursive group style schema, as well as the original one. Of
considerable interest to me and possibly others, xjc swallows the original
schema i sent in with no problem and happily spits out java classes that do
the serialization. i don't know what the mono remit is -- to produce .net
warts and all or to produce something that works even when .net doesn't --
but here's an opportunity.
