[Mono-dev] Microsoft Open Specification Promise and Mono Web Services development

Hello!

I have just found this page

Providing pledge from Microsoft on not asserting rights arising from IP and
patents pertaining to long list of WS standards. As these form foundation of
large chunk of .NET and Vista communication stuff I am curious if this
changes position of Mono team on implementing in Mono many of the WS
specifications covered by MS pledge.

This is of major interest to me as my apps use intensively MS Web Services
extensions which implement many of the above mentioned specs.
