I would hope that Public Domain is acceptable.  The whole *point* to
Public Domain is that anyone & everyone can do whatever they want with
it.  I'd also love to hear of any jurisdiction which doesn't recognize
Public Domain -- if they don't have Public Domain, does Copyright ever
expire?  If it doesn't expire, what on earth do they do with the Bible,
much less any other work that's thousands of years old...
