Actually, we don't (yet) work on that. And, the idea of that lib is to 
reflect calls back to managed code (the Win32 calls we will emulate will be 
written in C#)

The reason C knowledge is needed is because our libgdiplus library is 
written in C. Libgdiplus is used by System.Drawing to draw our controls, but 
the code implementing the controls is C#.
