Thats because we have nobody who can maintain actively ASP.NET related
things.

Dylan RE Moonfire (lurfagrin) is the only maintainer that tries to keep
XSP up, but he has not much time for it.

Maintaining software that you are not using is very difficult, we (the
rest of the group) try to keep the XSP packages but that doesn't make it
good packages, alternative is to drop them from Debian.
