[Mono-dev] What about renaming corlib to mscorlib and MWF to SWF?

I did not want to have "ms" in the prefix many years ago, but it does
not really matter anyways;  We have things like Microsoft.JScript,
Microsoft.VisualBasic and a bunch of others.
