[Mono-dev] initial WCF/WCS checkin

Hello,

So, some of you guys who attended the mono meeting would already know,
I committed the first Indigo/Infocard code in olive.

(Sorrrrrry for the lengthy patch!)

Hopefully in a few days I'll checkin somewhat summarized todo list
so that anyone interested could join the development. I think today's
presentation will be also available (without my Engrish speech).

Note that the code in general is highly unstable so please don't
hit us right now ;-)

(For those who only know mono-devel-list: we have another mailing
list mono-olive at googlegroups.com for new .NET stack development.)
