[Mono-dev] [PATCH] mod_mono configurable umask value

Hey folks,

  Currently mod_mono has a hardwired umask value of 077, set on mono
fork. This umask might not be desirable for some environments (where,
e.g. uploaded files must be readable to a group/world). The attached
patch adds a MonoUnixUmask apache option which defaults to the current
077 value. Can I commit?
