[Mono-dev] Parameter names and class status

Hi,

I took a quick glance at corcompare utility, and it seems to ignore
parameter names. And those are also part of API contract (eg. Spring
uses them in configuration files). So I made a quick update to the
GetSignature method. Please review.

Note: I was unable to test this. I tried to find my way with
mono-api-info, mono-api-diff and CorCompare.exe, also looking into
mono-api-check script, but couldn't find a way to make this work...
