[Mono-dev] Mono 1.1.18 last release before Mono 1.2.

While it find a note about mine contribution most flattering, I did
not create the testing suite. All I did with it was plugging it into
normal make run-test command. It was Mainsoft that contributed the
tests, and Boris Kirzner from Mainsoft who did some tweaking on them.
In fact, the test suite change (pluging it into make) is not even
commited yet! My previous commits were fixes and regressions for bugs
78765, 78509, 79284, 78898 and 77592. Those, I believe, made it into
the new release.
