[Mono-dev] [PATCH] Fix for #79406

Attached is a patch to fix #79406.

The tab would not get default focus when nunit-gui starts because the
SelectActiveControl() was running before the Form.OnLoad, and the
initialization in OnLoad can affect the selection of the default
control.
