[Mono-dev] Error when doint make install on Windows

I use the version in SVN:

It is a working copy without any modifications. I've done "make clean", 
"make" and "make install" using a previous (about two days old) revision. 
Then I updated the working copy from SVN without "make clean". "make" 
succeeded but "make install" failed.
