[Mono-dev] PATCH: FixedTests

Hi,

The attached patch contains tests that were modified to pass on .NET.

This effort was made to: 

1.	Increase tests' correctness as now they better follow the .NET
behavior, and 
2.	Cleanup the ondotnet target of the System.Web 2.0 test suite (0
failures), making it an efficient reference point for new tests
verification.
