Is it possible? How?

$ cat t.cs
abstract class A { abstract public A(); }   class M { public static
void Main () { } }

$ ./csc t.cs
Microsoft (R) Visual C# 2005 Compiler version 8.00.50727.42
for Microsoft (R) Windows (R) 2005 Framework version 2.0.50727

t.cs(1,36): error CS0106: The modifier 'abstract' is not valid for this item
