[Mono-dev] Need help with monodevelop

hi

i have a problem. how to open the visual editor of the monodevelop so that i
can create WinForms and WebForms visually. i tried by creating a solution
then by selecting c# then by selecting Gtk# window and gived a name without
extension under fc3 but it showed an error to me. then i tried a name with
an extension but it showed me the text editor not  the visual or gui editor.

sorry for such a question im newbie to mono.
