[Mono-dev] Umlaute/special Chars

Hi List-Members!

I use Mono provided in Suse Linux 10.0.

I programmed a .Net 2003 VB Webservice, which works fine, but there is a
problem

with german umlaute/special chars, like äöüß. Only “?” is shown.

What should I do?
