Hi All,
I am new to everything:Using NetBSD and also Mono. I found one reday-to-use binary of mono for NetBSD [mono-1.1.8.3nb1.tgz], but this crashes apps with runtime error. So I tried to build my own binaries from source. But this does not compile. At first, I got compile error:
collection.c:66: error: `PTHREAD_STACK_MIN' undeclared
I filed it as a bug, but in the meantime I found a webreference [http://lists.ximian.com/pipermail/mono-devel-list/2005-May/011867.html]to change the source. Compilation continues now, but fails later with another error:
/usr/pkgsrc/mono-1.1.15/mono/metadata/boehm-gc.c:80: undefined
reference to `GC_thread_is_registered'
So, what can I do?
Is there any binary package for NetBSD?
Is there somebody out there, who has Mono running on NetBSD?
I really need some help!
Thanks and best regards,
Manfred
