[Mono-dev] xbuild + Microsoft.Build.Engine.dll + Bugs

I have a couple small bugs/patches for xbuild.exe and
Microsoft.Build.Engine.dll, but there doesn't appear to be the appropriate
"Products" to place them under.

Thoughts?
