[Mono-dev] mint

Has anyone built mint on Windows (under cygwin if it matters) lately?  Is
mint even still around?

I was looking through the makefile in the tests directory and saw some of
the test sets use mint.  Mint wasn't there from when I installed the
pre-done mono for Windows (1.1.13.4) and mint didn't build when I ran the
main mono build  (also 1.1.13.4).  When I tried building mint directly in
mono/interpreter there were errors.
