Thanks Robert for the patch, it is now on SVN.

The upcoming Mono 1.1.13.xx release (whenever that happens, likely this
week) will ship with this patch.

Notice that we have not been announcing the micro-upgrades to the 1.1.13
release, we have just quietly been issuing those releases on the web
site.   We will make an announcement this time.
