[Mono-dev] System warning removal.

Hello,

     System.Data on its 2.0 profile currently has 96 warnings, 11 on the
1.0 profile.  This is another good candidate for a big warning cleanup. 

     System.Data and System.Web are a bit trickier, because I do not
know if the Mainsoft folks have sorted out the use of pragmas in the
code yet.  This piece of code we are sharing with them and they are
still using CSC 1.x.
