[Mono-dev] Patch for RegularExpressionValidator.cs

Hi,

The attached patch makes sure that the string to be checked contains
_only_ the expression specified in ValidatorExpression (i.e. the
expression it automatically delimited with "^" and "$"). Nunit tests are
included as well.

Please review and let me know if it's okay to commit.
