[Mono-dev] [PATCH] System.ComponentModel.TypeDescriptor Updates

Hi,

The attached patch + WeakReferenceHashtable.cs is the implementation
NET_2_0 System.ComponentModel.TypeDescriptor's Associations. I've also
added all the rest NET 2.0 method signatures. There is a test case for
the associations.

I've also attached the implementation for NET_2_0 CustomTypeDescriptor,
TypeDescriptionProvider and TypeDescriptionProviderAttribute. They
should be added in class/System/System.ComponentModel/

Please review and someone commit.
