[Mono-dev] Patch for bug #78626

Hi,

The attached patch fixes bug
http://bugzilla.ximian.com/show_bug.cgi?id=78626

If think the code for the caching of already compiled
pages/controls/whatever and especially the dependency tracking between
those needs a complete rewrite, but this should do for now.

Is it okay to commit?
