[Mono-dev] [PATCH] System.Web: enable themes for files not in app root

Hello,

 

Since the App_Themes is an application root subfolder, we should access it using ~/App_Themes and not ./App_Themes.

The attached patch fixes this.

 

If no one objects I'll commit.
