[Mono-dev] JScriptCodeProvider implementation

Hello,

Lately we had a local short mono meeting here, and we noticed that
JScriptCodeProvider is not implemented yet and that caused an error
in Japanese DI container software (s2.net). No sooner, akiramei
implemented it within few days. The code is at:
http://d.hatena.ne.jp/akiramei/20060723/p2

If no problem, it'd be nice to get the code in our svn (of course
it is under his agreement).
