[Mono-dev] Building Mono on Linux/Alpha

Hello Zoltan,

Here are few patches for mono to be able correctly configure and compile 
on Linux/Alpha. Please, review.
I switched from version 1.1.13 to svn version recently and had some 
problems with configure and building process.
I will send all other mono alpha specific patches later.
