[Mono-dev] Patch for System.Web BulletedList control

Hi Vladimir,

1. Why can't you call base for BulletedList.Render() ?
2. In ListItem you lost the Dirty functionality while saving/loading the view state. I think it should be removed altogether (including fields etc) or preserved with the patch. May be another StateBug will be the simplest solution?
