[Mono-dev] Bug in System.Web.MultiView and View

Hello,

Please review attached patches for MultiView and View controls that fix
the following bugs:

* View.Visible default value should be false and setting this property
should throw exception.
* MultiView.AddParsedSubObject should throw exception if not View
control passed
* MultiView.ActiveViewIndex retruns wrong value before initied
