I would like to continue to have peer review, am OK with Kornel doing
the changes, but as everything close to the core, I rather have more
eyes reviewing, discussing and approving patches.

If this was a "leaf" component of Mono, I would not care, but this is at
the very core of everything we do.  Which means that we have to be
careful to not regress in features and performance, and that we must be
extra careful.

This principle should be followed everywhere else as well: the closer to
the core, the more peer review we should have.
